Technology Center Basic Information
Our company has established a cutting-edge technical center, spanning nearly 2000m² and staffed with a team of 100 highly qualified professionals. Among our staff, we have:
- 10 employees holding doctoral degrees
- 5 employees with master’s degrees
- 30 employees with bachelor’s degrees
The structure of our technology center includes several key functional units:
- Process Management Department
- Product Research and Development Department
- Science and Technology Management Department
- Testing Center
These departments are dedicated to conducting research and development, driving process innovation, performing standardization research, and carrying out rigorous product testing for our new offerings.
R&D Team
We take pride in our industry-leading R&D team, which includes 3 to 4 renowned experts, over 25 senior engineers, and more than 30 senior technicians. Additionally, our team is strengthened by over 60 engineers with intermediate titles.
To ensure continuous growth and enhancement of our expertise, we aim to recruit new personnel annually, targeting no fewer than 10% of the existing workforce. Moreover, we plan to increase the proportion of staff with master’s degrees or above, or those holding senior professional titles, by 20% compared to current levels.
Furthermore, we engage with more than 20 external experts and consultants to enrich our knowledge and expertise.
