The Ultrasonic Type Flow Meter PRE-UFM Series is a wall-mounted device designed for precise flow measurement in various industrial applications. The mainboard program of the PRE-UFM Series is highly stable, and the host’s shell is made of aluminum alloy. It is designed for easy wall, instrument box, or distribution box installation, with a protection level of IP65. The sensor, an integral casting type, has a protection level of IP68, making it suitable for long-term immersion in water. The PRE-UFM Series can handle pipe diameters ranging from DN15 to DN6000. It is easy to install without damaging the pipeline and can be set up while the pipeline is operational. With an accuracy of up to 1%, it is ideal for flexible pipeline flow measurement across various industries. The device requires no routine maintenance and provides stable and accurate long-term measurements. It uses advanced digital correlation technology and intelligent adaptive sonic technology, significantly enhancing measurement stability and signal reception quality.

Automatic Data Recording

The PRE-UFM Series can automatically record the following data:

1. Accumulator data for the last 512 days/128 months/10 years
2. The time and corresponding flow of the last 64 power on and off events
3. Work status for the last 32 days
4. Simultaneous connection of flow and temperature sensors to achieve flow and heat measurement
5. Standard features include pulse output, 4-20mA output, and RS485 communication protocol for seamless integration with communication or control systems. It also offers optional SD card storage for data recording and storage.
