The Online Dissolved Oxygen Sensor PRE615-DO measures dissolved oxygen levels using the principle of dynamic luminescence quenching. When blue light excites the sensor membrane, it emits red light. The phase shift between the blue excitation and the red emission is measured and used to calculate the dissolved oxygen concentration.
